Matthew, a native of Thornwood, received his BA in Biology/Pre-Med from Boston College in 2017 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2021. Matthew’s treatment philosophy takes a holistic approach, recognizing that the area of pain is not always the root cause. He uses a combination of hands-on manual therapy and targeted therapeutic exercises to not only build strength and stimulate muscle growth but also to cultivate resilience in his patients. This philosophy is reflected in his personal life as well, where he enjoys an active lifestyle that includes weight lifting and hiking, spending time with family and friends.
